Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Higher Secondary School, also called SMSV Hr. Sec. School for Boys, is located in Sivan Koil Street, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India. It is one of the oldest schools in Karaikudi.

Each pupil is allocated to one of the houses upon entry to the school.

The school uniform consists of a white shirt with green trousers emblazoned with the school badge on the left chest pocket.

There is a cricket team for every grade up until year 11, when there is a first, second and often a third team. The school competes against other local schools on Saturdays, and there is a first team tour every two years.
Athletics and table tennis are also popular.
