SM City Bicutan is a shopping mall owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, Inc. It was opened on November 2002. It has a land area of 18,000m2 and a floor area of 112,737m2. SM City Bicutan is the 3rd SM Supermall in the southern section of Metro Manila and one of the two SM Malls in Parañaque City, after SM City Sucat (formerly SM Supercenter Sucat) which was opened in 2001. SM City Bicutan has a two buildings interconnected by footbridge.

SM City Bicutan was opened in November 2002 in Brgy. Don Bosco, Paranaque City by SM Supermalls Founder Henry Sy, and the ceremonies held by former Parañaque City Vice Mayor and now incumbent Mayor Jun Bernabe.
