STAR Utsav (Hindi: STAR उत्सव, translated as "celebration") is a free-to-air Hindi general entertainment channel based in Mumbai. It shows some of STAR Plus' popular programs. The channel is owned by STAR TV and Fox International Channels, subsidiary of News Corporation.

Star Utsav channel is available in India. Star Utsav caters to viewers who have recently entered the fold of cable and satellite television. It gives them the opportunity to revisit the glory years of Indian television programming by re-running the best shows from the extensive STAR Plus, Life Ok & Star One library. The channel reaches out to the smallest of towns and rural areas where viewers are treated to some of the best content from STAR, making it the "King of Middle India". available in two languages (Hindi and Bengali).

STAR Utsav will be available in Fiji in Fiji Hindi language on September 8, 2012.[citation needed]
