Saint George is an administrative parish of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, on the island of Saint Vincent. Its capital is Kingstown, also the country’s capital. Saint George Parish is the largest parish in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in terms of population.

- Population: 51,400 (2000 estimates)
The parish also includes the offshore islets Milligan Cay and Young Island.
