Salada Paulista is a bi-monthly magazine published by the Union of Hotels, Bars and Restaurants of the State of São Paulo. It features articles on restaurants, bars and hotels, novelties in the area, services, chronicles and news. The editor is the poet Marcelo Tápia Fernandes.
