SAM Broadcaster is an Internet radio broadcasting application by Spacial. It features mixing functions, real-time listener statistics, and can stream to popular online streaming servers (listed below). It also allows listeners to make requests directly from the online broadcaster's website.

SAM Broadcaster can use the MySQL, Firebird or MS SQL database systems to store song information.

  • SAM Broadcaster v.2 was the first popular version of the software.
  • SAM Broadcaster v.3 was the previous version of this software.
  • SAM Broadcaster v.4 is the current version available and includes new features like AAC Encoding.

SAM Broadcaster has been used in Second Life by virtual DJs, but its "steep" learning curve sometimes makes Winamp preferable for this purpose.[2]
