Samsung Research India (SRI - Delhi) earlier known as Samsung India Software Center was set up as a 11th Software R & D Center for Samsung Electronics located in Noida . It was established in October 2002. Samsung carries out its R&D activities in India through SRI-Delhi and SRI - Bangalore .

SRI - Delhi develops software solutions for hi-end televisions such as Plasma TVs, LCD TVs and Digital Media Products.[1]SRI - Delhi currently employs 1600 people. Samsung India Software Center celebrated its 10th anniversary in October 2012.

SRI - Delhi additionally performs R&D on its different hardware of its products. The Center also customises Samsung products according to the needs of its Indian customers which include both audio and visual devices. Following are some of the creation of SISC :
- 'Easy View' technology for Flat Televisions to keep eyes strain free
- Frost Free Refrigerators with Stabiliser Free Operations.
