San Luis are a Chilean Football club, their home town is Quillota in Chile. They currently play in 2nd division of Chilean football Liga Chilena de Fútbol: Primera B and their historic rivals are Unión La Calera.

This club was founded on December 8 of 1919 in one of the rooms of the institute (today Rafael Ariztía Institute), choosing as the first president to Manuel Calcagno.
