Under the name Sandi Korn, she first was noticed on the national stage as a dancer on Club MTV.[3] This led to a starring appearance in the "Hysteria" video for Def Leppard.[4] By the early-1990s, she was performing as a model, and was soon named "America's #1 Selling Poster Model". Since that time, she has been a frequent guest on The Howard Stern Show.[5] Korn continued her modeling career as a Guess jeans model, and moved to Los Angeles in the mid-1990s.

She was approached by Hugh Hefner to appear on the cover and in a feature pictorial in the July 1995[6] edition of Playboy, promoting her appearance in the movie Under Siege 2: Dark Territory in which she played a train bartender opposite Katherine Heigl and Steven Seagal. She went on to star in A-list films such as Batman & Robin, L.A. Confidential, The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2, Tomcats, Keeping Up with the Steins, Runaway Bride, and Raising Helen.

Sandra also appeared in the Warner Brothers films Valentine's Day playing opposite Eric Dane and Ashton Kutcher, and in New Year's Eve starring opposite Josh Duhamel and Michelle Pfieffer. Most recently, she starred in the critically-acclaimed When The Game Stands Tall.

She has also appeared in episodes of the television series Married... with Children,[7] ER,[8] The King of Queens[9] and Just Shoot Me!.[10]
