The company has acquired sixteen smaller technology businesses since inception in 2001 including ComputerWorks in 2001, Com-Tek in 2002, All-Tek and Central Computing in 2003, Automation Solutions in 2004, Star Technologies, Altech and High Speed Communications in 2005. In September 2005 Saratoga expanded with the opening of an office in Knoxville, TN. The company's staff has grown from two employees to over 65 in nine years.
