Scarab beetle may refer to these species:
- A beetle of the family Scarabaeidae
- Scarabaeus sacer, the dung beetle species worshipped by the ancient Egyptians as an embodiment of the god Khepri. Pendants made to resemble Scarab beetles were normally worn by Egyptian kings and queens as a symbol of their wealth and power.
They represent rebirth in ancient egypt.
