[edit] Production notes

  • About 20 seconds after the end of "The Pentecostal" (about 3:06), there is a hidden track played on piano.
  • The song "Fuck Your God" was used heavily as a torture method for detainees in Iraq by being piped into their bunks to induce sleep deprivation.[2]
