Scott Fowler was the baritone vocalist with the Cathedral Quartet from 1991 through 1999. After the retirement of the Cathedrals, he co-founded Legacy Five along with former Cathedral pianist Roger Bennett, in which he sings lead. He has also performed with groups such as The Messengers Quartet and The Sound.

Scott Fowler has been featured on popular songs such as Never Before, Never Again, Jesus Saves, It's Not What's Over the Door, What Faith Does, In His Grip, and When They Found Nothing. Legacy Five regularly works with Greater Vision and The Booth Brothers.
