The Scottish Junior Football East Region Super League is the highest division of the East Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association. As of the 2006–07 season, the Super League relegates into the Premier League, which in turn feeds down into the North, Central and South divisions.

Linlithgow Rose were the 2006–07 champions, winning the title by a single point from Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic. Kinnoull and Bo'ness United were relegated to the Premier League. They were replaced by Premier League champions Glenrothes and runners-up Kelty Hearts.

Lochee United were the 2007–08 champions, winning the title by seven points from Whitburn. Carnoustie Panmure and Oakley United were relegated to the Premier League. They will be replaced by Premier League champions Bo'ness United and runners-up Forfar West End.

Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic were the 2008–09 champions, winning the title by six points from Camelon Juniors. Forfar West End and Tayport were relegated to the Premier League. They will be replaced by Premier League champions Musselburgh Athletic and runners-up Newtongrange Star.
