The Scottish Women's Football League Second Division is the third and lowest tier of the women's football league pyramid in Scotland. It contains forty-one clubs divided into four regional divisions. The champions of each division are eligible for promotion to the Scottish Women's Football League First Division

Members 2013 Season [edit]
The most regular home ground, if any, is shown. Many clubs play matches at other venues throughout the season.
North Division [edit]
No clubs accepted promotion from the 2012 North competition with champions Stonehaven and runners-up Dee Vale competing again in 2013.
Luthermuir are transferred from the Second Division East where they played last season. Elgin City were formerly known as Moray Ladies.[1]

East/Central Division [edit]
2012 champions Dunfermline Athletic and runners-up East Fife Ladies were promoted to the SWFL First Division however both clubs have entered reserve sides in the Second Division this season. East Fife add the suffix Violet after linking up with Cupar Violet GFC.[2]
Raith Rovers were relegated from last season's First Division. Falkirk FC are transferred from last season's South East Division while Stenhousemuir arrive from the West Division. Tayside Ladies who are a senior section of Celtic Girls (Tayside) enter for the first time. Arbroath CSC and Monifieth who resigned during the 2012 season do not return.

Hamilton Caledonian, Irvine Thistle, Kilwinning Development, Mill United and Whitburn join the league. EK Galaxy drop out while Hamilton Academical Reserves withdraw to play in a new development league.
