Seattle Drip Coffee Company is an American Drive-Thru Coffee company, having grown from one store in 2001 to fifteen stores in three states in 2006,

Seattle Drip Coffee Company was started by Joel Carver in 2001. Mr. Carver is a Seattle Native who moved to Jackson, Mississippi. He opened the first location on Old Canton Road as a way to earn extra money outside his teaching position at Jackson Preparatory School and Olde Towne Middle School, and to provide part time jobs to local students.
