Dr. Selvin Christopher is an Indian missile scientist with the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Bangalore.[1] He is now serving as the director of the Centre for Airborne Systems. He is also the author of various research publications.

He was the first Indian scientist to have directed the manufacturing of India's first indigenous AEW&C system, a supersonic defence fighter jet.[2] He is also an Padma Bhushan Awardee and has received various other distinguished awards including the Best Defence Research and Development Organisation- Outstanding Scientist for 2012.[3]
