SEMTech Solutions is a supplier of used Scanning Electron Microscopes. Founded in 2000, SEMTech Solutions has grown to providing services worldwide. They have sold microscopes in a number of different countries abroad and across the United States.
SEMTech Solutions is a leading provider of used Scanning Electron Microscopes, SEM accessories, and FE-SEM / EDS analytical services. They also are a North American sales and service representation company that offers new scientific instrumentation based on electron beam technologies. Their partners include Physical Electronics, Elionix, and Interface.
In August 2009 SEMTech Solutions signed a sales representation agreement with Hysitron. They are now responsible for the Hysitron nanoindenter sales in the Northeastern Region of the United States.

Scanning Electron Microscope
SEMTech Solutions carries a variety of used Scanning Electron Microscopes. These can range from Amray, LEO, KLA-Tencor, Hitachi, etc. Each machine is refurbished by SEMTech Solutions before it is put back on the market.
Electron Beam Lithography
SEMTech Solutions is the North American representative of the Japanese company Elionix. In 2007 SEMTech Solutions sold their first three Electron beam lithography systems to Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, and Duke University.
SEM Accessories
Accessories include an Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer which is designed to interface all modern X-ray detectors. An IR Chamber Scope which fits into most brands of Scanning Electron Microscopes. In addition, NanoMaker which is software/hardware add-on systems for SEM/FIB based lithography. Also, X-Stream Imaging which save analog scans into all popular digital image formats.
