Senator is an indie pop musical project, conceived by singer-songwriter Adam Greenberg, and based in New York City.
Contributing musicians include Jason Hart (Rufus Wainwright, Antony and the Johnsons), Michael Jones (Violent Femmes), Matt Johnson, Oren Bloedow, Bill Dobrow (The Black Crowes, Sean Lennon), Catherine Popper (Ryan Adams), and Ken Maiuri (Pedro the Lion, Mark Mulcahy band, The Mammals). Recorded, engineered and co-produced by Michael Tudor.[1]
Their first, self-titled album was released in 2010. Its song Intermission was an iTunes Song of the Week
