The Senqu River is a river located in the rural highlands in the district of Mokhotlong in the country of Lesotho in Southern Africa. Its tributaries include the Senqunyane River.
[edit] Wild life
The Senqu river has a small native fish population, some of which are edible. Trout were also introduced during British occupation but their numbers have dwindled. All fish populations on a whole in the Senqu river are low due to over fishing and other environmental factors.
