Shannon's law may refer to:
- Shannon–Hartley theorem, any statement defining the theoretical maximum rate at which error-free digits can be transmitted over a bandwidth-limited channel in the presence of noise
- Shannon's law (Arizona), a law that was established after the 1999 death of teenager Shannon Smith, to punish those who fire gunshots into the air, risking the lives of others
