"She is the New Thing" is the fifth single by the UK garage rock band The Horrors, released in June 2007. The music video features animation and live action in conjunction. The single was available for only one week, although a free download is available on Last.fm. The song was used in the soundtrack to Doghouse (film) starring Danny Dyer. The B-side "Sister Leonella" featured backing vocals by members of The Horrors' families and friends.
