Sheila Bilyeu (born February 13, 1944) is a former American politician. Bilyeau was a candidate for the United States Green Party's nomination for President in 2004. In the District of Columbia, Bilyeu lost to eventual nominee David Cobb by a 2-1 margin.[1][2]
In 1986, she ran for the nomination of the Texas Democratic Party for Governor of Texas.[3]
Bilyeu has filed numerous lawsuits against the federal government—all dismissed by the courts—in which she demanded the removal of a radio-like device that the military allegedly planted in her head in the 1970s.[4]
She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.[5]
