Sherman & Howard L.L.C., established in 1892, is the oldest law firm in Denver, USA. It has more than 150 attorneys practicing in offices in Denver, Colorado Springs, Steamboat Springs and Vail, Colorado, Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona and St. Louis, Missouri.
Sherman & Howard was founded in 1892 by James H. Pershing, a young lawyer from Pittsburgh. Sherman & Howard provides general representation to clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to very large corporations. Sherman & Howard also provides specialized counsel to in-house legal departments and to other law firms that have requirements for its special expertise.
Sherman & Howard’s Banking and Finance Practice Group represents numerous large and small banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, trust companies, and diverse corporate and specialty lenders, as well as borrowers, and specializes in syndicated credit facilities.
