In this Japanese name, the family name is "Shichiri".
Shichiri Yorichika (七里 頼周, 1517 - 1576?) was the governor of Honganji Kennyo. Yorichika fell out of favor of his sect when Kennyo negotiated a peace treaty with that of Uesugi Kenshin. Later on Yorichika defeated the likes of Tomita Nagashige, but the following year he was forced to surrender to the Oda.
