Shisō (宍粟市 Shisō-shi?) is a city located in Hyōgo, Japan.

The city was founded on April 1, 2005 from the merger of four towns from Shisō District: Chikusa, Haga, Ichinomiya, and Yamasaki.

As of January 31, 2012 census data, the city has an estimated population of 42,362, with 14,420 households. The total area is 658.60 km².

Shisō City is the sister city of Sequim, Washington.
