Shopnav is spyware that downloads itself onto a victim's computer to change Internet Explorer's search page to 'DSRN Search'. It can be removed by certain anti-virus programs like Windows Defender and Ad-Aware.

The website 2spyware.com lists Shopnav's severity at 43/100. Shopnav changes browser settings, connects itself to the internet, hides from the user and stays resident in background.
According to the same site, Shopnav can run processes: adrsb.exe srng.exe srngutil.exe svchost.exe waladhpr.exe
