Shotover Brewery

The Shotover Brewing Company is a microbrewery in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, founded in 2009 by Ed and Pip Murray. Ed was a former management consultant and Dale Carnegie instructor.

The brewery has an 8bbl brew length and they have a core range of four ales (Prospect 3.7% abv, Trinity 4.2% abv and Scholar 4.5% abv). In 2012 Shotover Brewery hired Josh Walker as Head Brewer. He later went on to create a beer (Trinity) which went on to win Champion Beer of Oxfordshire 2014/15.

In October 2014 Shotover Brewery launched John Henry IPA in collaboration with Oxford Brooke's University's 150th anniversary. [1]
