Silvia Henriquez Allred (born October 11, 1944) was a member of the general presidency of the Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 2007 to 2012.

Silvia Henriquez was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. She was a missionary for the LDS Church in the Central America Mission of the church in the early 1960s. Later, she attended the University of Arizona, Brigham Young University, and the General Francisco Morazán Institute, where she studied mathematics. On September 7, 1966, she married Jeffry A. Allred in the Salt Lake Temple.

She served with her husband during his time as president of the Paraguay Asunción Mission of the church and during a separate time as president of the church's Missionary Training Center in the Dominican Republic. Allred and her husband were also public affairs missionaries in Madrid, Spain.

Prior to her call into the leadership of the Relief Society, Allred had served as a member of the general board of the church's Young Women organization. On March 31, 2007, at a church general conference, Allred was accepted by "common consent" by the church as the first counselor to Julie B. Beck in the general presidency of the Relief Society. Beck and her counselors were released from their positions in March 2012.

Allred and her husband are the parents of eight children.
