Silvio Meira

Silvio Romero de Lemos Meira (born 2 February 1955, Taperoá, Paraíba, Brazil) is the chief scientist of Recife Center for Advanced Studies and Systems.[1] He is also a Full Professor of Software Engineering at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco,[2][unreliable source?].
