Simon Lees (born 16 May 1970) was the lead guitarist for the Welsh heavy metal band Budgie. He joined the group in 2003, recording on their final album, You're All Living In Cuckooland.
Lees appeared as a contestant on television show "Stars in Their Eyes" impersonating Aerosmith's Steven Tyler. On 4 July 2007 he announced his resignation from Budgie to concentrate on his solo work and teaching.
He also won Guitarist of the Year in 1998 and currently plays his One Man Rock Show throughout the U.K.
