Eshkevar-e Olya and Siyarastaq Yeylaq Rural District (Persian: دهستان اشکور عليا و سيارستاق ييلاقي), formerly Siyarastaq Yeylaq Rural District (دهستان سيارستاق ييلاقي),[3] is in Rahimabad District of Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Sarem.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,478 in 795 households.[6] There were 1,672 inhabitants in 649 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,864 in 1,058 households. The most populous of its 58 villages was Lashkan, with 234 people.[2]
