Skanderbeg Military University, previously "Skanderbeg Military Academy" is the military education institution which trains military officers (for the army, navy and air force) in Albania. It was formed in 1945 as "Shkolla e Oficereve" and closed in the early '90s. It was reopened in 1995 under the supervision of the Military Academy of Hanover, Germany.
