Small & Frye is an American television sitcom about a pair of private detectives, one of whom has the involuntary power to shrink to a small size. Produced by Walt Disney Productions, this series was broadcast on CBS in 1983, but only lasted for six episodes.
Nick Small (Darren McGavin) and Chip Frye (Jack Blessing) are private detectives. Due to a lab accident, Frye sometimes shrinks physically to a height of six inches, and later grows back to his full size. Unable to control this "ability," he and Nick nevertheless find ways to make use of it during their investigations.
