SmartLabs subsidiaries include:
- SmartLabs Technology -- Inventor of INSTEON home control technology
- SmartLabs Design -- Manufacturer of home automation and lighting control products
- Smarthome -- Catalog and ecommerce retailer and distributor of home technology products.
SmartLabs LLC provides service delivery products for interactive digital television. Headquarters are located in Moscow, Russia.
