Sobibór Polish pronunciation: [[] Audio file "o" not found is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Włodawa, within Włodawa County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It lies close to the river Bug, which forms the border with Belarus and Ukraine. Sobibór is approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Włodawa and 80 km (50 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.[1] . To the south and west is the protected area called Sobibór Landscape Park.

During World War II, the Nazi German Sobibor extermination camp was built outside the village.
