Souper Salad is a restaurant chain based in Sugar Land, Texas that is owned by SSI Group Holding Corp.[1] It is primarily known for its all you can eat buffets and salad bars. As of 2010, it owned and operated approximately 82 restaurants in 13 states.

In 1978, the first Souper Salad opened in Houston, Texas. Subsequent locations soon opened all across Texas and then began to expand to the Western United States. In 2006, it was named "Readers Choice for best salad" in Dallas. The restaurant soon began franchising in 2007, with plans on expanding the Eastern United States.
