SourceMedia is a mid-sized business-to-business media solution company owned by Investcorp. Formerly the Thomson Media division of The Thomson Corporation, SourceMedia was sold by its parent company in 2004.

Based in New York City, SourceMedia has offices in Arlington, VA, Chicago and Duluth, GA.

SourceMedia employs approximately 400 people.

On June 10, 2010 SourceMedia partnered with MyPRGenie, a web-based public relations and marketing platform, opening the door for MyPRGenie users to distribute their press releases to all 34 of SourceMedia's websites[1]

On February 1, 2012 SourceMedia announced the adoption of a new company logo. The company's "new trademark icon depicts an array of screen-shaped pixels assembled in the shape of a three-dimensional hub."[2]
