Source Technologies is a technology company specializing in Thermal barcode and MICR printing solutions and software for warehousing and distribution, transportation and logistics, healthcare, financial institutions, retailers, and government agencies.

Source Technologies, founded in 1986, is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the early 1990s, Source Technologies formed an alliance with Lexmark to provide secure MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) printers. In 1997 Lexmark took on Source Technologies as its exclusive MICR provider which led to another exclusive MICR agreement with IBM. In 2011 Source Technologies launched its first line of Thermal barcode printers.
