In addition BART's Hayward train yard is a south of this station and is where BART sends many trains for its Daly City to Fremont, Dublin to Pleasanton, Richmond to Fremont and Daly City services. If you look out the window while travelling between South Hayward and Union City BART stations you will see idle BART trains as well as some rare replacement train parts, such as new outer-front A car BART train shells.
