South Korea–Uruguay relations are foreign relations between the Republic of Korea and Uruguay. Both countries established diplomatic relations in 1964. South Korea has an embassy in Montevideo.[1] Uruguay has an embassy in Seoul.[2]

There are some Korean expatriates in Uruguay. South Korea is also an important trading partner for Uruguay.[3][4]

In October 2012 was unveiled a huge statue of the Greetingman project in Montevideo, a work by South Korean artist Yoo Young-ho.[5]
