Space madness is an episode from Season 1 of The Ren and Stimpy Show. It is from Season 1 and is the sixth segment overall.

The segment starts with Ren and Stimpy watching TV. Ren asks Stimpy to see what is on TV. Stimpy is excited when it is "Commander Hoek and Cadet Stimpy" that is on. In the show, while on a 36-year-long mission to the Crab Nebula, Commander Hoek (Ren) and Cadet Stimpy (Stimpy) take their 6-year break. When Stimpy serves Ren paste food, Ren blows a fuse. Stimpy then tells him to take a relaxing bath. Ren then loses his mind, and the gravity brings him into the control room. Lack of food makes Ren go insane (eating a bar of soap thinking it's an ice cream bar, etc.) Then Stimpy notices Ren's talking "crazy". Then holds him down and accidentally knocks him out. Later, when Ren has finally come to, Ren believes Stimpy has the Space Madness and occupies his mind with more duties so Stimpy doesn't "attack" him again. Stimpy's assignment is to watch the "History Eraser Button" and not push it. Stimpy fails to hold out and presses the button. Then, Ren, Stimpy, and the announcer for the show are erased from history. Then, the logo for the Ren And Stimpy Show is erased from history.
