Special Alternative Incarceration (S.A.I.) was a boot camp (correctional) in Chelsea, Michigan. It was a minimum security boot camp (correctional) for male and female probationers.[citation needed]
As of May 1, 2009, S.A.I. is no longer referred to as a "boot camp (correctional)". It is a full service Michigan Prisoner ReEntry Initiative (MPRI) In-Reach Correctional Facility.[citation needed]
