Special Kids in the UK is a charity providing support for families of children with special needs.

The charity's primary focus is to provide support through both its member based forum and by organising national events across the UK. The web site also plays host to a number of resource articles and information covering a variety of subjects including governmental help and legislation to recommended books and publications.

History[edit]

Special Kids in the UK was initially formed in year 2000 as an online support group. By July 2005, with an increasing number of members the organisation became a registered charity.
