The Spectacled Parrotlet (Forpus conspicillatus) is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is found in Colombia, Panama, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
