Spencer Achtymichuk (born October 31, 1994) is a Canadian teen actor best known for his role as Johnny 'JJ' Bannerman in seasons 1–5 on The Dead Zone. (The role was taken over by Connor Price in season 6.)

Spencer began his acting career when he was 6 in small guest roles in TV shows and movies. He has worked with actors like Tony Danza in Stealing Christmas and Robin Williams in The Final Cut. He's played a range of characters, from a simple average boy to a homeless, morbid 9-year-old who reaps the souls of animals in the short-lived show Dead Like Me. His favorite actor is Jim Carrey. When he isn't acting, his hobbies include skiing, motocross, and lacrosse.[1]
