Altiphrynoides osgoodi is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family that is endemic to the mountains of south-central Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and intermittent freshwater marshes. While it is common in the Bale Mountains National Park and other montane environments east of the Great Rift Valley, it is also present in an isolated population in the Guge Mountains.
It is threatened by habitat loss.
