Oregon Route 528 (OR 528) is an Oregon state highway running from OR 126 in Springfield to OR 126 Business in Springfield. OR 126 is known as the Springfield Highway No. 228 (see Oregon highways and routes). It is 1.40 miles (2.25 km) long and runs north–south, entirely within Springfield.
OR 528 was established in 2002 as part of Oregon's project to assign route numbers to highways that previously were not assigned.

OR 528 begins at an intersection with OR 126 in Springfield and heads south along the Pioneer Parkway East/Pioneer Parkway West couplet to an intersection with OR 126 Business in Springfield, where it ends.
