St Mary’s High School, Ramnee Park, Nainital, Uttarakhand, is a girls residential/ boarding and day school in Nainital, Uttranchal, India providing public school education.

St. Mary's Convent was established by Mother Salesia Reiner in 1878. The institution is a Roman Catholic institution and run/managed by Sisters belonging to the Congregation of Jesus (CJ) order previously known as Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary IBMV till 2003. The school provides schooling to girls from Prep to 12th under ICSE and ISC Board. The school is also referred to as “Ramnee” and “Sonn”. The girls are known as the "RAMNEEITES".

The school is situated at an altitude of 2,000 metres (6,600 ft) above mean sea level amidst the idyllic surroundings of the Kumaon Hills. The school is exclusively for girls between the ages of 8 to 18 years. The students are welcomed in the school by the church bells that ring from the Ramnee Church. It has 5 playing fields, the big field, the basketball court, the skating ring, the jumps field and the throws field. A park known as the Ramnee Park is for the little ones. The junior academic building is separated from the senior one. An auditorium for all the cultural activities is in the Mary Ward building. The school provides for laboratories for students from 9-12. Other rooms like the music hall, lunch hall, dormitories and refectories for the boarders, an infirmary, study hall, and others are also a part of the school premises.

Basket Ball, athletics, Volleyball,and Badminton are the principal games. A wide range of cultural and co-curricular activities are available. Each student takes part in the annual sports event which generally takes place in May.
