St Vincents & Mercy Private is a hospital in Victoria of Australia, which is located across three campuses in the Melbourne suburbs of Fitzroy, East Melbourne and Kew Kew. The private hospital is jointly owned by the catholic Sisters of Charity and the Sisters of Mercy, as a result of a merger of St Vincents Private and Mercy Private in 1998. The merger, of facilities owned by two different religious orders, was the first of its kind.

St Vincents & Mercy Private purchased Vimy House Private Hospital in 2008, creating its third campus. Across the three sites, St Vincents & Mercy Private has a capacity of 480 beds.
